Sherry Guided Pairing Dinner 11/5

November 05, 2019 07:00 PM until November 05, 2019 09:30 PM

Sherry, a wine which is truly unique in the world, is exclusively produced in the wine-growing region of Jerez, Spain. The region’s oenological tradition goes back over more than 3000 years.

Discover the different varieties of Bodegas Valdespino Sherry and the numerous ways of pairing them, from a chilled dry Manzanilla to a true natural Palo Cortado.  Join us for a guided pairing with Sherry expert John Eldridge, Augustan Wine Imports.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Culinary Institute of America, Anthony Bourdain Scholarship
