The bags are unpacked, the vacation glow is still with us, and we are feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply grateful. Our family of chefs is already back in the kitchen, channeling all that new energy as we get ready to welcome you all back this Wednesday.
And it seems while we were resting, our amazing community was busy showing us some love. We are simply humbled by the recent honors that came our way.
For the 11th consecutive year, our little restaurant was recognized with the Wine Spectator Award. To us, this award is a beautiful reflection of a decade-plus of toasts, celebrations, and shared moments with you, our wonderful guests. It truly wouldn't be possible without you.
Then, in a moment that was over ten years in the making, we were floored to receive the Coral Springs Business Excellence Award. We were recognized for our sustainability practices, but what truly moved us were the city's kind words, noting they are "impressed by the culture and success of your organization, and proud to have you as a member of the Coral Springs business community." To be seen this way by the town we call home… well, it means the world to us.
On a sweeter note... it’s mangos, mangos everywhere! Our trees have gifted us a huge, beautiful harvest of our favorite tropical fruit. Chef Keith is already dreaming up some incredible new creations to share this taste of South Florida with you.
We can't wait to see you this week and share all this good news (and good food!) in person.
