Our kitchen has been doing R&D on every element of this new menu item for 8 years, finally its premiere is today! Texas grown Akaushi Wagyu beef, lovingly prepared with burnt onions, cheddar cheese, and the most perfect brioche bun. Served on Thursdays only.
