CADIZ is known for Sherry Wine. This is not a Sherry, but a wine made from two of the Sherry grapes, Palomino & Moscatel.
It is fermented in Bordeaux oak barrels with indigenous yeast.
It is perfumed, clean, expressive and showy.
Tasting notes of orange blossom, white pepper, with salinity.
Dry finish with a slight bitter almond twist.
Only 4000 bottles made, and we have one of them!
