Topper, aka "The Pimp of Pickles",  created a recipe for the best pickles around, utilizing various traditional pickling methods from around the world. Being a full time business student at FAU, Lucas gets to practice his aptness and  business acumen by keeping the dining room running smoothly at night.  His front-of-house skills are sweet, never sour!
